    After the introduction, “Cook Yourself Thin” by Lifetime Television no diet manual, but a cookbook is to provide delicious recipes that help you to lose weight. The colorful book is divided into sections such as breakfast, appetizers, Mains, Sides / soups / salads, and dessert. Each recipe contains the quantity of the food and nutrition information, along with the list of ingredients and step-by-step instructions. About half of the recipes are accompanied with pictures.

    According to the title of the book, I was curious, but at first prepared for standard veggie recipes and boring meals to lose more weight than focused on the wetting of the appetite. But I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the majority of the recipes sounded exactly as promised – delicious. Examples of the recipes included were Hot Wings, pineapple mojito, Strawberry Shortcake, white pizza with roasted mushrooms, spaghetti surprise, BBQ salmon, new Greek salad, mini blueberry muffins, cheese fries, chocolate cake volcano, purple smoothie, chicken Cordon Bleu , tiramisu and many more.

    the fact that most of the above foods is not definitely something that one would associate with diets like. As the book explains, however, was the key to losing weight you do not deprive yourself of food, but the adaptation of the ingredients and to control the amount you consume. The recipes themselves tend to remain on the short side. The less time-consuming ones, have taken a lightning icon next to them.

    An added bonus is a special section at the end of the book, called “Menus” are recipes from the book along with their Page numbers are in different categories such as Girl’s Night Out, romantic dinner for two, brunch organized, Game Night, Sunday Night Supper, Italian, breakfast to dinner, and etc. Overall, an impressive book.

    I just received the latest Cook Yourself Thin Cookbook. This issue is written by one of the executive producers of the show, as many (if not all) of the new recipes and see “never seen” on the map. I can not wait to look like the Chicken Cordon Bleu Chicken and cashew recipes to try dessert recipes plus all fantastic. I also like that this cookbook “life stories” of people who have lost weight, including the Cook Yourself Thin cookbooks, with tips on what worked for to help them to lose weight. And this cookbook contains more information than the first cookbook nutrition – calories, fat, sodium and sugar for each recipe.

    So far all the recipes I made turned out delicious. Would not know that they are calorie / fat conscious! blintz the pancakes are delicious! The Fettucini with mushrooms is good too. Most recipes make at least 4 portions and can be easily cut in half if cooking for 2 people. I have the original cookbook, and this is a great compliment. the TV show site is a lot of recipes online, but with all the details, including pictures, in one place is very useful!

    great follow-up cooking yourself thin! I love both the books. This is even better with recipes, calories, total fat show, sodium and sugar. Im not big on calorie counting, but I would like to eat something I already know you, but with half the calories.

    I was very pleased and not disappointed by this book. Although I liked the first book, it has many other recipes and I think they taste better. The updates on the people also helped with encouragement. The snack list of 100 calories or less was very helpful. It seems more proposals for changes to a recipe to have. For example, the Chicken Cordon Bleu recipe suggestions for a Greek and Mexican music.
