This book de mystifies the process of removing character defects. If you do what they do not have to contend with the short instructions on step six, this book is. There is a detailed description of the life long process of elimination of the shortcomings we have in our personality. As in all things for the recovery, it takes us through the tentative first steps. I was looking for a book like this for a very long time. This book has changed the course of my recovery for the better.

Before the book that I found for the practical advice on how you tried to do the whole process of removing my character defects I read all the answers in this little book. It is a practical, hands-on guide to mental and emotional development. I am so grateful to have been recommended to him to read from so many other OA members.

Wow! I have been in the program for almost 24 years and this is one of the best books on the 6th and 7 Steps I have ever read. I buy 10 copies for all my friends in the program have the hang still suffering after many years of our character defects. I recommend it to anyone in the program. her to act it!

For those who need it, unforunately there are very many of us, this is a beautiful book for the “center” of the 12 steps. It is a good place to stop, reassess the first time by or on, and again, what you do. This book focuses on the reality that many alcoholics started to do the steps and the number by heart at this time. You have to drink up, and little else. The book focuses on the need and the techniques, the dropping of the other character flaws that are weighted according to our spiritual backpaack. A fine and necessary book.
