How can I build a Faraday cage?

I need into build a Faraday cage, it must never be pinned or Electormagnatice RF radiation (EMR) in or out. Can someone give me the technical details & where into get the material? Any help will be grateful!

A Faraday cage or Faraday shield is an enclosure with conductive material, or a mesh formed by the material. Such an enclosure blocks out external static electrical fields. Faraday cages are after physicist Michael Faraday, who built one in 1836 and explained its operation gestattet.Die electric charges in the surrounding head repel each other and will therefore always be on the outside of the cage. All external electric field leads to order the charges to the area to completely cancel the effects in the cage of the Interior. This effect is used for example to protect electronic equipment against lightning strikes and other electrostatic discharges schützen.Zu a large part, cages Faraday shield the interior from external electromagnetic radiation if the conductor is thick enough, and its meshes, if any, are clearly smaller than the wavelength of the radiation. This application of the Faraday cage is under electromagnetic shielding you erklärt.Klicken http://en here first. wikipedia. org / wiki / Faraday_cage # History

Each metallic screen (used in style, make window screen work), but would it be metallic. Only to build a box, and cover the outside if overlapping mesh fabric (leaving no gaps so that is not covered by the grid) and you have it geschafft.Um test, set just a cell phone in her, if it is not a signal received, then it’s like you want it to work. If not, is a grid that is too wide, may have picked up, but one of the Mythbusters episode when a Faraday cage, a regular fine mesh build worked OK.

You can use any metal cage when an object is placed in this cage there is no RF or EMR from the pevent the task

A cube with any type of metal on all six sides are covered. Aluminum foil will work. Window screen is pretty cool because you have a cell phone or radio can set in and see the signal path immediately.

The only way is all the RF block to make the cage of solid conductive metal such as copper, and make sure you have really good connections at all joints. Solder or weld seams all but the door, make sure the door overlaps the cage and makes a good electrical contact over its entire extent. A screen is RF, the wavelength less than the screen openings passieren.Einige retail stores carry the relevant materials. A contractor’s supply store is more likely. Each metal fabrication shop will have access to the materials. If you do this for an educational project as a science fair, a small metal shop, the people nice enough to help you.
