Warner spent five days a week to write two hours a day the book, according to a recent article in The Advocate. I think what they said and yet so sad so true. I am old enough to Jackie’s mother. I can tell you that I have more strength and energy now than I did twenty years ago. And it is to change my lifestyle in a similar manner, which it recommends. I only wish I would have learned about it earlier.
I was never overweight, but often overweight. I do not care so much about us more sexy. But I care about feel good and strong and my blood pressure and other numbers where they should be. There comes a time when we have less about the shape of the pistons and more about the shape of our health care system. So some of you are still motivated to look good. Others through good feeling. And hopefully many of you about the two.
My point is, Warner spoke at the root of the problem and the soul of the reader. It is to do in the pain. This distinguishes them from others who write this kind of book.
She says she goes to show “people how powerful they are really passionate.” That speaks for me. I am for myself and other empowering, and I know from personal experience how nice it to 65 matches and is able to do ten times what you feel at did forty-five, to be stronger and wiser and wiser. And that is a mixture of physical force, together with confidence. This is what Warner teaches. And so I think it up in the crowd.
It begins by telling you why you are fat. This is important. Why? Only if you know why you’re fat, you can go in reverse and start over — to do the right things, you stay slim and slender you are. You need to know why you have fat to correct it.
Hormones are the cause of fat, according to Warner. “Out of whack hormones cause upset your body chemistry and weight gain,” she says. She added: “When you control your hormones, you can control, grease!”
She continues to say that hormones can make you thin. Here she talks about the human growth hormone (HGH). Of course it is illegal to take the pill HGH. But she describes ways to build your body, they will of course — pretty exciting because HGH stuff is really the fountain of youth.
It also tells you how to eat to create more testosterone. And yes, this is a very powerful and important hormone for women and men.
She says: “The best diet is a healthy diet testosterone moderate-fat/high-protein/moderate —-carb, like my diet program works. ” She goes on to say, this type of diet results in a hormonal milieu that the body uses to burn fat and put on lean muscle.
When discussing exercise, Warner says the reader to himself / herself to be seen as “an athlete.” She says: “If I tell my clients that I see the athlete in them, they can actually work harder and the complete five repetitions. Their behavior is consistent with your identity.”
You have hit the nail on the head. They are pretty much what you think about all the time and you think you are. She says: “If you look in the mirror, you need a lazy, fat, out-of-shape person can see, if so, will follow your actions to the identity — you fit into effect and act as a lazy, fat, out-of-shape person. “She goes on to say that when you see your inner athlete motivated to change, you are that person.
Warner says Crunches are worthless. In view of their famous Six Pack, I would say that it certainly does not, however, their share. This does not come naturally or easily to anyone.
But what she says is true — they can cause injuries after several years, she does — if not less. She says it comes to heart (which, like I hate her.) She emphasizes doing “circuit” training to the point of exhaustion. Again, I think it goes off a bit on this issue. A person can not be too much of everything. Train until you throw or what I call not a whit! If you want that sort of thing, more power to you.
Warner allows sugar in their diet but not much. She believes that it is not sugar and fat is the culprit. I agree with this science, as the back. The book also offers many choices of food – including pita bread, roast pork and yams. Their plans call for three meals and two snacks per day. Two treat “meals” each week are allowed. You can create any junk food you want, as long as it has no more than 1,500 calories.
I do not agree with the idea of cheat meals or cheat days. A study in the International Journal of Obesity showed that people who ate a consistent number of calories the whole week were 50% more often on their weight than those who stuck to a more stringent plan to maintain Monday to Friday.

In other words, if you are strict, five days per week and are then on a two-day binge or go spell cheat, you are probably brought on pounds. In addition, doctors warn of cheat meals. Even a meal that is not healthy it can hardly have effects on the heart. This is said beyond what they can to do your weight.
About the title of the book she, “I fought very hard for that title.” It’s inflammatory, but I’m tired of turning on the TV and reading diets are not going to help. “
The foods she recommends are readily available and affordable. It suggests they do not measure or weigh. If a piece of meat will fit in the palm of the hand” that’s cool. “Gotta go along with this .
I found the book interesting and useful some of it. I agree certainly not with him. I think Warner is prone to extremes going at times, and I think she is sometimes wrong.
I found the book by Warner unique and head and shoulders above most of the so-called diet books or fitness pounds available. One need not agree with everything to get what’s good about him. Her lecture on metaphysics was very interesting and inspiring.
to find many exercises, complete with small photos of Warner, they do show you how. You’ll also find lots of really great looking recipes should make the easy and fast, and healthy. They suggest, however, and rightly so, that you organic foods, including eggs to use. In fact, they propose two eggs per day.

I both the exercise and the preparation of food portions were very good. I also enjoyed the motivational sections. All in all, want a very complete book for people to get in shape.
While Warner as a caring, compassionate person, it makes their writing sound like one. And people who are unhappy because of their weight and shape them to speak in this kind of necessity. your book speaks a need deep within us all.
I think all you get motivated and moving is a good thing. This book could very well be that only a catalyst for many people . If so, is it worth to buy, and recommended considering.

Although I am not overweight, I’m slightly overweight. After beginning a vigorous exercise routine, I had a hard time finding a diet that will help me from the inside out healthy and shed those unsightly layer of abdominal fat that would not go away. I bought this book and read almost the whole thing in two days. Jackie, I began implementing the proposals and I am feeling better, feeling lighter and my stomach is a bit less chubby. Jackie’s book is not a diet – it is a lifestyle change with a ton of information on why you are fat, a lot of information on hormones, detoxifying, perception (including that over 20 exercises, as you can do at home, it seems), supplemented , gym etiquette, food and how it makes you sick, an Eating-out guide, and much more. Their plan is simple, practical and very doable. It’s real-life nutrition in a world where crap set shoved in your face everywhere. Yes, it’s hard to eat a change of carrots, instead of making Oreos, but it’s worth it. I have cut sugar and can now tolerate little, if I do actually. I used to love soda, but now it tastes downright unpleasant. The two cheat meals you can keep them on track and stop you from binging. If you really give you treat your body well and eat “clean”, your organs a break and want to better the age, this is for you. It is not a-thin-quick fad diet thing. There is real change, so that you healthy and again power over the body. You are worth more than triple chocolate chips and cookies. Jackie is not yet in my opinion not to disappoint and this book will remain a staple in my life forever! THANK YOU Jackie!

We all have seen or tried the new diet books “in” or diet, such as those guaranteed infomercials with a new machine to help you lose weight. And it’s fast! And ….. Can it work for a little while then stops working or you tired of trying.
Now, when I was picked up this book, I skeptically. Seriously? Another diet book. But This Is Why Your Fat is quite different, I swear! From the introduction to the end of the book Jackie is speaking to you as a friend, one to one, and completely torn
The first few chapters on toxins, chemical equilibria, hormonal balances and etc. It is useful if your body chemicals that are not balanced, your either going to lose a little or you go to win. Fluctuate. Yeah, that’s me!
Then she goes on to explain which foods you can eat, that these chemicals are balanced. And they are not expensive, hard to get either food. You probably have it at home now. There are a large chapter on sugar. Sugar is bad, but we already knew, but you’ll know that all food is sugar in. be surprised you know that the average adult about 30 tablespoons of sugar intake per day? Crazy! And they are all different names for sugar, you can find on a list of ingredients, which is very helpful.
Jackie begins to eat for two weeks, what you are. I know, crazy right? But there is a little trick. While you eat what you want these two weeks, you will need to incorporate more foods into your diet. It lists a few things you have to eat for two weeks eat every day, while you know what you want. Their reasoning is, your body chemicals in balance.
Then, after these two weeks, switch to plan a menu. She knew that was not it? But under the following menu plan for five days, you will get to eat what you like twice on the weekend! There is also a training course. But instead of all this tedious work-outs, work in 20 minutes per day for five days, from a really intense cardio program that will soon be the duty and look and feel are the best.
I’ve just read this book, but today I am totally going to try this! Jackie puts the science with its method, and that’s where they caught my attention. Layman’s terms, that, I can understand. So, if you try to find another diet book, something different. Pick up your FAT is why Jackie Warner. Who would not like her look best and feel good? I know, I know!

I really enjoyed this book and I recommend it for anyone to make a change to their health and personal fitness. A lot of what Jackie says about sugar and chemicals and pesticides in food was a real wake-up call. Their detailed, simple explanations about nutrition and exercise went above and beyond the normal calories / calories out “statement (which is true to some extent, but this is a very simplified way of looking at things and there is a big difference between a 80-calorie cookie, 80 calories a hard boiled egg). I changed my eating habits to follow their advice in the book and I already see a difference in the way I feel and see. But I have never really into the show “Workout” but I really enjoyed Jackie’s letters and her advice works and it is very easy to follow. You are worth it, I recommend this book to any interested in changing their diet and fitness routines!

Hello. I have many health and fitness books. Although Jackie is regarded as a celebrity fitness trainer, so far this book is on the ground. First, I had never heard of Jackie Warner to about 6 months and that was a fitness success story where someone lost the weight with Jackie’s DVD’s. I do not watch much TV, so I do not know about showing their (former) until recently.
One thing that I look for in health and fitness books, is that the author must refer readers in some form or fashion. Although Jackie is a celebrity fitness professional, Jackie was (and still) a real struggle as we do. She came from a broken family and like it or not, these factors have a negative impact on health and weight. And by her admission, although they do not have problems with obesity, she would treat the food addiction – what millions of Americans struggle with daily. She knows first hand. I take time to read the book, and although many of the things she said I knew in my head, its presentation, it is not over the top, nor has it bombard the reader with a lot of medical terminology that only medical professionals can understand.

I received an advanced copy of about three weeks, and as I write this, I clock in Part 2, number 5, I found two typos: one on page 50 – not a typo, but used the wrong word (use “Everyone” instead of “Ever”) and in Part 4 , the first paragraph, the use of the “new” can another (the previous sentences must be read, to get the meaning).
hope that the publishers have it before the catch book was officially released. Nonetheless, this is a solid book, I would recommend.
It is divided into four parts.
Finally 5 on the day clean eat to cheat two days, Jackie clearly state what it means. The first reviewer commented on the “cheat day,” said however, it Jackie. Jackie knows that most people have diets and they know that diets do not work. Many have next already in their minds what they want to eat (as far as the cheating, etc). So she makes it in moderation, because they know that voting is done and the life things happen.
I the first person in the sense that, to begin as soon as you eat, as Jackie require or are very similar (I had been very close to happening in this plan food for about 7 months), then you eat something else make you sick, cause stomach irritation, etc. This has me recently when I go out of town and was at the mercy of either eat or go the other people had cooking. Even if I had healthy snacks only go so far as the last.
I will come back with an update once I’ve finished the book.
I’ve used since Jackie’s personal trainer and DVD it was weeks before I started the book and I am with the results.
